Part of Quinssa's aims are to run our own events and to support the events organised by Harlequins, here are some details of forthcoming ones:

22 November 2006, 7:30 for 8pm Quinssa Meet The Academy Evening

Quinssa are delighted to announce another Meet The Academy Evening in the Members’ Club House on Wednesday 22nd November in the Lexus Stand – 7:30 for an 8pm start.

Collin Osbourne and Tony Diprose will be there representing the Academy management alongside a few players:

Seb Stegman - one of the players that went over to the Natal Sharks Academy thanks to Quinssa’s sponsorship. Seb is a wing who is currently at Cranleigh School. In 2005 he played for England U16 and was in the England U18 Academy side.

Tom Sargeant - one of the players that went over to the Natal Sharks Academy thanks to Quinssa’s sponsorship. Tom is a back row who is currently at RGS Guildford. In 2005 he played for the England A U16 team and was in the England U18 Academy side.

Phil Burgess – is a newcomer to the Quins Academy this season after previously being in the EPDG. Phil is a back row who has played a couple of times for the Quins 2ndXV and he has also represented Surrey, London & SE and England at different levels.

Jordan Turner-Hall - an Academy player who has made a real name for himself playing at centre for the 1stXV as well as representing England at U19 level.

Mark Lambert - an Academy player who is one of the upcoming tightheads in the game, he has been beset by injuries but is likely to be playing again very soon indeed. Jase has described him as 'a beast'.

Quinssa will be presenting a cheque for £2000 to sponsor the NEC Harlequins - Natal Sharks Academy Link for the coming season.

There be a raffle in aid of the Quinssa Academy Scheme and the draw of the 100+ Club. There will be a pay bar open for drinks .

All are welcome to attend and it is FREE to Quinssa members and £2 to non members (you can join on the night for £5)
