Hospitality Box Auction for the Pertemps Bees game (2nd January 2006)

Quinssa have been offered the use of a box on Monday 2nd January 2006 at 3pm for the game against Pertemp Bees to auction in aid of our Academy programme support.


The Box is in the East Stand and seats 10 around a circular table with 10 seats outside the box for watching the game. 

The offer is:

• The use of the box
• 10 entrance tickets
• 1 car park bay
• 4 car park passes
• Complimentary programmes
• A visit from a Harlequin player after the game

The successful bidder will be able to purchase separately:

• Optional signed rugby ball to raffle at around £15
• Food menu at £25 - £35 + vat per head (depending upon menu)
• Bar (inc. spirits or not)

This is an extremely generous offer from  a Quinssa member who would greet the guests and be around or not as preferred during the day.
